Moog Cookbook ~ Ye Olde Space Bande Plays Classic Rock Hits
Moog Cookbook covers this classic from Led Zeppelin I entirely on Moog, including vocals. Someone came up with the idea of laying it over a clip from the Wizard of Oz. Both the track and the film clip are completely unedited, with uncanny synchronicity.
One notable cover is of Boston's 'More Than A Feeling'. Fans may recall Boston's declaration that all effects were achieved without the use of synthesizers on their album, Third Stage. The Moog Cookbook follow-up album featured 90s rock classics like Soundgarten's 'Black Hole Sun' and Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit.' Again, AWESOME!
